Starting Monday, March 25th, Bike One in Oklahoma City will kick off our weekly Monday Night Recovery Ride!  For those of you racing over the weekend, this is a great way to spin your legs out at an easy pace with some great people!  

Meet in the parking lot around 6:30 and we will form into various groups based on ability and pace.  All riders are welcome, as we will have groups for beginners, intermediate, and racers in a 'no drop' format.  If you are new to cycling, this is a great way to connect with fellow riders of similar ability! Ride length will vary from 10-25 miles, depending on the group and will finish back at the shop.  If you have any questions, feel free to call us at 405.470.5511.
